A Compass sprint is paced for investment timelines. One city and several cities hold the same four-to-six-week path from brief to verdict, because multi-city fieldwork runs in parallel.
Sample size is set per city. A single-city sprint is built for depth. A two- or three-city sprint is built so the comparison across those cities is the product, with the same 60/30/10 method in every market.
The core output is a written report and one recommendation. A live executive readout and follow-up access can be included when leadership needs that in the decision window.
